Our Story
SKYXOPS was born from decades of experience delivering mission-critical infrastructure and cloud solutions for organizations including Harvard University, the U.S. Census Bureau, DC.gov, and global financial institutions.
Across these engagements, we repeatedly encountered the same challenge: cloud cost decisions happened too late — visible only after infrastructure was deployed and billed. Engineering teams lacked cost context during deployment, while finance teams struggled to reconcile complex cloud invoices.
