AWS funding. Eligible engagements may qualify for AWS funding programs including the Migration Acceleration Program, which now covers generative AI and modernization work. We assess eligibility and manage the funding request with your AWS account team.

Read-only. Scoped. Nothing leaves your account.

We request a read-only role: IAM ReadOnlyAccess on AWS, Reader on Azure, Viewer on GCP. Pipeline access is separate, optional, and read-only.

We analyze billing data, resource metadata, and pipeline configuration. We do not access application data, customer data, or production workloads. No production data leaves your environment.

Access is revocable at any time and terminates at the end of the engagement.

It covers four things: an inventory of the data you hold, a review of access, residency, and security constraints on that data, a shortlist of use cases that clear those constraints, and a cost model for each one. The output tells you which AI use cases you can actually build and what each will cost to run.

Yes. The assessment uses read-only access to metadata and billing data. We do not access application data or customer data, and no production data leaves your environment.

You decide. If you continue, the foundation phase runs eight to twelve weeks and delivers a secure data foundation, a reference architecture, and a first production workload with Cost Guardrails thresholds live. If you do not continue, you keep the assessment.
