Investment. Scope and price are agreed per engagement rather than published, because the work is sized to your estimate volume and cloud footprint. Tell us what you are running and we will come back with a scoped quote. Ask for a quote.

AWS funding. Eligible engagements may qualify for AWS funding programs including the Migration Acceleration Program, which now covers generative AI and modernization work. We assess eligibility and manage the funding request with your AWS account team.

Azure and GCP. Equivalent partner funding assessed per engagement.

We request a read-only role: IAM ReadOnlyAccess on AWS, Reader on Azure, Viewer on GCP. Pipeline access is separate, optional, and read-only.

We analyze billing data, resource metadata, and pipeline configuration. We do not access application data, customer data, or production workloads. No production data leaves your environment.

Access is revocable at any time and terminates at the end of the engagement.

Questions

We assess eligibility and manage the funding request with your AWS account team. Funding is approved per opportunity and is never guaranteed in advance.

Rehost moves the workload as it is, which is fastest to complete and usually the most expensive to run. Refactor rebuilds it for the platform, which takes longest and usually runs cheapest. Replatform sits between the two. The assessment costs all three against your own baseline.

A checkpoint at the end of each migration phase where the projected run cost is compared against what was estimated. If the two have diverged, the plan is revised before the next phase starts rather than after the invoice arrives.

Two weeks, at no cost. Your team spends approximately four hours in total. You keep the output whether or not you proceed to execution.
