Questions about plans

SKYXOPS is sold three ways: direct, through a partner, and on AWS Marketplace. A partner packages and quotes it their own way. Publishing a rate card would anchor every conversation to a number that may not be the one you are offered. So the plan tells you what you get, and the quote comes from whoever you buy through.

A flat fee per tenant, based on the scale of the estate you are managing. It is not a percentage of your cloud spend. A tool that takes a cut of the bill has an awkward incentive when the bill goes down.

That depends on the size of your estate and which capabilities you need, not on a single threshold. The fastest route is a short call. We will tell you which plan fits and what it costs before you commit to anything.

A guided demo against your own environment, run with an engineer rather than a slide deck. Enterprise deployments run a paid proof of concept instead, because those need scoping work a short evaluation cannot cover.

Yes, in both directions. If your estate shrinks, the plan can follow it down. You should not be penalised for spending less, which is the point of the product.

Yes, including purchase orders and annual billing. AWS Marketplace private offers are available where you would rather draw down committed spend.

There is a separate programme with its own commercial terms. Those terms are agreed individually rather than published. See the MSP & Reseller Program page.
